I am satisfied with this little small town clinic. Doctor Hakimi was very helpful and not afraid to do diagnosis to our little baby for Covid-19 swab test. Our baby was negative Covid-19, thankfully. Right now we are following his suggestions to help with our baby sickness who is suspected for Influenza.

Facility needs to be improved though. However, it is understandable it is hard to do so from their part due to the physical of the building and the location.

The staff is very unprofessional. The displayed clinic operating hours are 0900am. Sy brought my sick mother at 0845am and we waited until the clinic opened at 0900am. When the clinic opens, we want to register the staff will not accept the registration rudely and disrespectfully to the customers / patients while stating that we are just opening and want to tidy up first, we can't register anymore, the clinic operates at 1000 he said, wait for the doctor to come. I also begged to wait while resting the patient in the chair, but he chased us away because he said we were disturbing, we can't wait in the chair. If you all don't want to work, please resign and hang out at home, don't be rude to patients!
